linkware : terms


The graphics found in this section of The Secret Heart are linkware. This means that you must supply a link back in the form of a logo on every page on which you use any graphics from this site. You may choose your logo from this page, or choose the matching logo that comes with each set.
You many not in any way, shape or form alter any of the linkware graphics. This includes, but is not limited to resizing, recoloring and recompositing the graphics.
You may not use linkware graphics from The Secret Heart on any site/page where you sell anything without purchasing a commercial license for the set you intend on using.
You must download the images you wish to use to your own machine and then put them on your own server. Do not link directly to the images. (directory names change often... thus linking could leave you with a site load of broken images)
You may not use any of the graphics found on interior pages of The Secret Heart (the hand painted blue ones). These graphics are *mine* and mine alone. Please leave something special for my site. If you are looking for something other than what you find here I am very rentable and affordable. Feel free to contact me for custom work.
Please do contact me and tell me where you are using my graphics. It truly pleases me to see where my art work is finding a home.
None of the graphics found at The Secret Heart may be added to *any* collection or archive on the web or in any other format be it electronic, print or otherwise.
Linkware graphics found at The Secret Heart may not be used by people designing web sites for a fee. If you are interested in using linkware from TSH in a design project that you are working on you must contact me and purchase an exclusive license for the set that you are intending to use. If you don't understand why this is important please visit R.I.G.H.T.S.
Purchase of a license to use graphics from TSH does not grant permission to claim the work as your own. The Secret Heart retains copyright to all images whether they are borrowed or purchased.
